To AAID

Where an accident or a serious incident occurs in Kenya, or outside Kenya which involves a Kenyan aircraft or an aircraft operated by a Kenyan operator, the relevant person shall, as soon as practicable after becoming aware of the accident or serious incident notify the AAID by the quickest means of communication available. The relevant person shall, not later than twenty-four hours after becoming aware of the accident or serious incident, send a written notification in plain language to the AAID using the form below;
